A typical scene at Lonsdale ParkSet in a 40-acre woodland complex, the park offers seven attractive lakes where you can guarantee you won't be crowded by other anglers. In addition to the superb fishing, Lonsdale Park is an ideal base from which to explore the Lake District, some of Britain's most beautiful and striking scenery.

With only 18 places for visitors to stay on the site, guests can disappear easily into 40 acres of woodland and lakes and when fishing some of the waters you are likely to be the only person there.

But it's remote location and idyllic scenery doesn't mean you have to leave the luxuries of life behind. The cottages and caravans are all well-equipped and there's an on-site cafe and some lovely country pubs which serve excellent food just a short drive away.

Inside the tackle shop at Lonsdale ParkLonsdale Park's on-site Tackle and Bait Shop is comprehensively stocked and competitively priced to meet the needs of both the pleasure angler and specimen hunter, enabling you to stock up when you arrive rather than carry bulky items of bait and groundbait.

In addition, the shop stocks a good range of quality rods, reels, nets, pods, chairs, safety unhooking mats, alarms plus a wide range of sundries and terminal tackle including clothing and gifts.

The shop stocks most popular brands including Nash, Middy, Gardner, Van Den Eynde and Dynamite Baits, plus many more.
