We have a wide range of accommodation including holiday cottages, luxury lodges and luxury caravans, so there's something to suite every taste and budget.

Lakeside Cottages

Beautiful in their own right and fantastically well equiped and decorated but also located so as to give you a fantastic view across the lake from your cottage sofa. We have two and three bedroomed cottages available, sleeping four and six people respectively.

Lakeside Lodge

Our timber lodges are extremely popular and provide a somewhat more traditional fishing feel. Our lodges are a good size and are comfortable and cosy. Two or three bedroomed lodges are available, sleeping four or six respectively. Lodges are more flexible with the number of people they accomodate, so please contact us if you have a slightly bigger party.

Lonsdale Caravans

Luxury caravans complete with comfortable living areas and well equiped kitchens provide a warm and relaxing welcoming after a good days fishing. We have Lonsdale caravans with two or three bedrooms and they sleep four or six people respectively.

Arches Caravans

These caravans are located on a separate site right nextdoor to the main site. At a slightly lower cost they're perfect for those on a tighter budget and also for those with pets. Arches caravans are available to sleep four or six people and one arches caravan is bookable by visitors with pets.

General Accommodation Information

Fishing Cost / Access: We'd like to remind you that residents have exclusive fishing access to all of our five lakes and this is included in the price. We don't do this per rod charging nonsense - just one simple and very affordable price.

Car Parking: Hiking in the lake district or walked off your feet shopping in Carlisle? Either way you'll be happy to know that ample car parking is right outside your accommodation door, so no distance to walk on tired legs or to carry those heavy gifts.

Disabled / Wheelchair? Not a problem we are a level site and around 90% of our pegs are wheelchair accessible. Three of our lake side cottages were specially designed to be wheelchair and disabled friendly. We have a fish mobility service to help you get around and pneumatic trolleys for your equipment, all this helps you concentrate on fishing without worrying about getting around. We have a few regular disabled anglers who have been visiting us for years.
