Lonsdale Park offers six cottages which are all furnished to a high standard. The two-bedroomed cottages offer either twin or double bedroom and a second bedroom with a pair of bunk beds, large shower room and living area.
In addition, the three-bedroomed cottages have a spiral stairway leading to a twin-bedded room with its own en-suite washroom/toilet.
Ample parking to the front of each cottage makes loading and unloading as painless as possible. Our cottages are unique each having its own private peg with night lighting just a few yards away on Lonsdale Lake along with secure tackle storage for made up rods. Every peg is only a short walk away from your accommodation.
Three of the exclusively reserved cottage pegs are accessible by wheelchair and where there are steps down to them hand rails are fitted for additional safety and convenience.
This makes it easy to to bait up a swim and let the fish find your bait whilst you take things easy, have a meal, walk around the delightful lakes, watch TV - or just relax until it's time to get out there and catch some fish.
And after a heavy day by the lakeside, you can return to your own private cottage, have a shower in your modern bathroom and prepare to do whatever you want as the daylight slips away.
Two and three bedroomed Fishermen's Lodge
The luxury large detached lodge overlooking Lonsdale Lake is set in picturesque grounds and offers spacious accommodation. It has a large living room with dining area, luxury fitted kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower. There are three bedrooms, two of which are fitted with a King-size four-poster, one with twin beds and one with a double bed. All are furnished with the highest quality hand made pine furniture. A bed settee in the lounge means an extra two people can be accommodated whilst an additional touch of luxury is the new whirlpool bathroom.
The patio doors lead you to a large paved area where you may wish to BBQ and only a few yards away you can enjoy your private pegs, both of which have night lighting.
The three-bedroomed lodge is priced for six people although additional guests can be accommodated by arrangement. As with the cottages, generous parking is available immediately beside the lodge.
The luxurious two bedroomed lodge overlooking Lonsdale Lake offers comfortable accommodation throughout. Living room with dining area and a fitted kitchen. One double bedroom with en-suite with shower room, one twin bedroom and separate washroom/toilet. A bed settee in the lounge means an extra two people can be accommodated.
Once again, there is secure storage for tackle and made-up rods and a private peg with night lighting.
After a day's fishing on your private peg you can enjoy a relaxing evening taking in the views from the lodge's veranda.
The two-bedroomed lodge is priced for four people although once again additional guests can be accommodated by arrangement. As with the three-bedroomed lodge and the cottages there is generous parking immediately next to the the lodge.
Fishermen's Mobile Homes
Lonsdale Park offers a choice of 10 fully appointed luxury mobile homes which sleep four or six people and are either 10 feet or 12 feet wide.
Four of the mobile homes benefit from a lakeside location next to Lonsdale Lake whilst the other six are situated near to the entrance to Lonsdale Park close to Arches Lake. Two of these Arches caravansare available for pet owners.
Whichever caravan best suits your holiday, all have secure tackle storage and parking immediately next to the accommodation.
Clean, spacious and well equipped, the caravans make an ideal home-from-home with hot and cold running water, flush toilets, showers, heating, a cooker and television sets.
All have plenty of storage space for clothes, food and fishing equipment and come equipped with a wide range of cooking utensils including toaster, cutlery, dinner sets and cooking saucers and pans. All you need to bring are your food, bed sheets and towels!
